Woony is the brainchild of Jonas Jonsson, Chief Technology Officer at OptiMobile AB in Stockholm Sweden. For some time, Jonas had envisioned a way that VoIP technology could be used to enhance the customer service experience for web shoppers and other internet users. He wanted to create a solution that leads to quicker resolution for consumers, but does not put additional demand on the support teams.
The technology base for Woony is OptiMobile’s VoIP platform, spruced up with the innovative webPBX that allows calls to be routed and prioritized based on clickstream data.
